ok.. to give this log closure, since I didn't complete it....
After a visit to the docs and an ultrasound of the area, this "lump/cyst" is nothing to be concerned with... it is nothing serious like testicular cancer... just a benign lump called a "spermatocele" that often go away with time, just as it came.. and has actually gotten smaller since mid-june.
Actually they are more common then you think in men..but due to the lack of 'self-examination' and that they can come and go in a few weeks/months timeframe, they are often un-noticed..
I think the only reason I noticed was due to the slight atrophy I was experiencing due to the propadrol...
