Heavy pull/ light legs

Deadlift: wu.. 275 x 2 315 x 1 345 x 1 365 x 1 375 x 0 370 x 0 335 x 3 x 2

Pull ups: BW x 10, 8

BB rows(somewhat yates' style): 195 x 8 225 x 6 x 2 245 x 6 225 x 8

Lat pull down (seperate V handle): 120 x 10 140 x 8, 7

DB curls (both arms): 30 x 12 45 x 6 40 x 9

Front squats: wu.. 185 x 10 205 x 10, 8 x 2 185 x 5(dropset)

BB lunges: 105 x 12 115 x 12

Leg press ( for hammy): 5p x 12 x 2 5p+25 x 12 x 2

Seated DC style calve raises: 55lbs

Abductor: 2 x failure
Adductor: 2 x failure

Little tired from last night.. was a long and strange night to say the least.. Bar kept slipping on front squats cause my shirt was soaked with sweat..

As for the deadlift.. my style is somewhat con. and sumo style ex. the feet position is slightly wider than it would be with con. but not as wide as sumo.. my toes are probably 1 or 2 maybe 3 inches from where the ring is on the bar.. Not sure if its a correct style but it feels more natural than doing it con. style but yet i can pull a bit more than sumo style..
