No, not if you do it right.
It isnt easy, but is totally possible.

Just eat a very clean diet, but double up all the protein portions
(Example = eat 2 chicken breasts instead of one)

2 chicken breasts with side of brown rice and asparagus (eat like this every 2-3 hours)
