Monday- back to the gym finally
Chest and back because I wont get to go to the gym the next 2 days.
BB flat bench 135x5, 185x5, 205x5 (2nd to the last spotter helped a bit, the last rep, he was basically bent row it for me.. hahaha), 205x2 drop set to 185x3, 185x3
BB incline 135x10, 135x6
DB incline 45x8x2
Cable Cross over 50x10x2
Rope single arm pull down 100x10, 130x10x2 each arm
Nautilus row 185x10, 200x10
Calves on leg press 10 platesx 10x3
seated calves 3 platesx8x2
EZ curls 60x10 superset with bench dip to failure x2
I'm ashamed.. i had a coke with my after workout meal.. hahaha.. it was good.. some very much needed sugar..
