Start eating foods like steak, ground beef, chicken, fish, peanut butter, rice, oatmeal, fruit, beef jerky, eggs, etc..

If you want whey, try Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey Protein. Another good protein to invest in would be miscellar casien. Take this before you go to bed. The casein will clot up in your stomach, and it will dissolve throughout the night, instead of in 90 minutes like whey.

Other supps you should invest in are BCAA's and a good multivitamin. I would also recommend creatine, but I dont think you are at that level of experience yet. You could also try glutamine because it quickens the recovery process, and is probably my favorite supplement.
