Still hanging around 212-215 but bodyfat is dropping. Last night i was able to tighten my belt comfortably one more notch.
One thing ive discovered is I have much better results when i eat low gi foods all day and then just spike my insulin 2x. Once for breakfast and once for PWO shake. In other words, i can eat the same Macros (40/40/20) and same amount of calories(2200 for example) but if i get the carbs from high GI foods, i wont get any results.
