*Side Notes: Again I went to the gym and have 1 more free pass left. So I did mostly DB exercises today and felt real good but after my two chest exercises my shoulders already felt beat. lol I like the gym I go to,dirty weight room, cracked mirros, and you can make noises.

Only thing don't like about it is music isn't loud and my workout partner is a dumbass.
