this is killing me, between legs three days ago and running yesterday + yoga I can barely walk. I had to drag my ass for this workout. I did not want to do it at all. Now that I'm done I am glad I did though. I need to push myself more...focus on getting the numbers up again.
I think I only pushed myself to workout so I could have my post workout shake. I like to put it in the blender with ice and pretend it's a milkshake. haha

I feel your pain! I did my Budokon practice the day after legs. (Yoga/Karate combo) I was dying later on! My butt and legs still sting!
LOL @ the post workout shake thing. I've been on a berry kick with my AM shake. Since I don't eat eggs have egg protein powder instead...I've been tossing in a cup of frozen mixed berries.

Now I look forward to that shake!
