10 min elliptical
this is killing me, between legs three days ago and running yesterday + yoga I can barely walk. I had to drag my ass for this workout. I did not want to do it at all. Now that I'm done I am glad I did though. I need to push myself more...focus on getting the numbers up again.

I think I only pushed myself to workout so I could have my post workout shake. I like to put it in the blender with ice and pretend it's a milkshake. haha
