90x8x1 (I quit right here on BACK) I had this grueling pain in my pec, which was killing me on pulls. I went to the chiro @ the gym and he gave me some freeze crap.. I poured a wadload of it and nothing. I was literally in tears. So I just hit my traps:

DB shrugs:
35x10x2
40x8x2
I did 12 minutes on the tread @ 35 incline @ 3.5 speed. No time for Abs!
