Thanks guys!

K, well, I left work a little early today....just because.
Well, really it was because I'm not feeling that great, and it was nice out, and it's Friday, so I wanted to leave.

And...for those that don't know, I was in a car accident over the weekend (not my fault), but I found out today that the damages to my car are $5,700.00. Jeeez...I didn't think it was that bad. Oh well.

Anyway, since I left work early, I decided to do my workout early too.

So, today's workout:

AM - Cardio, 15 minutes, HIIT treadmill

PM - Legs:
Squats - 125lbs x12, 145lbs x8, 165lbs x6 (The first 2 sets I went all the way down...last set, I went as low as I could...LOL)

Leg Press - 235lbs x12x10, 245lbs x8

Hack Squats (Decided to throw them in here) - 165lbs x12x10x10

Lunges (reverse) - 125lbs x10x8x8...I was getting pooped.

Standing Calf Raises - 185lbs 20 toes in, 20 toes out, 20 toes forward

Butt Blaster - 100lbs each leg x15, 115lbs each leg x12, 125lbs each leg x10

I don't know what the hell this machine is called, but you stand up, put your leg on the pad, and do these kick back things (for your butt, you can also do inner and outer thighs too)....anyone know what this is? Anyway....I'll call it:
Butt Machine - 120lbs x12 each leg, 135lbs x10 each leg, 135lbs x8 each leg

Core Work:
Leg Raises on the bench (with an 8lb weight between my feet) 3x25
Hanging Leg Raises - 3x15
Rope Crunches - 45lbs 3x15
Decline Ab Bench Twists (LOL, yeah, I don't know what to call these things) - 12lb DB in hand, 30 twists x 3
Back Extensions - 20lb DB 1x20, 1x15, 1x10

Man...typing all this up takes a long time.
