Friday - 6/15.......Bench
Was supposed to squat today, but have been working around the clock and have been feeling sick lately. Woke up this morning with my tonsils swollen the size of MM's gut. Squatting would have been made things worse, so I benched since I missed my push sessions this week, because of work.
