Friday AM Weight: 203
Did just a light leg workout last night, was running all over town taking the kids here and there, plus the wifey was sick. Only did three sets of squats and two sets of calf raises.
Today is an off day for me, tomorrow will be another push day. I might take two days off though, depends on my level of soreness tomorrow. As it is right now, I feel like I could hit everything again!
