I thought I was gonna puke my life out after these sets. Banged them out in like 10 minutes, NO joke! No stopping to even take a breath or water.

Time to go get tanked over the weekend. The diet will have to be a bit shady over the weekend.. I was doing sorta good this week, just not eating enough. I got a salsa lesson tonight and then I am off to the shore tomorrow morning, Hope the weather warms up, its like 68 right now
