AM Cardio
- 45mins: 8:00-8:45am
7 incline - 3mph
*Side Notes:
Legs are still pretty sore, chest isn't as bad, i've been icing and stretching frequently. I hope my legs are recovered in time for Friday, tomorrow I got deads.
