Cuban's new voyage
Didn't want to dig up my old journal, so I decided to start a new one. The old one is just too long to go through.
I will begin with last nights workout:

16 minutes cardio on the treadmill 30 incline @ 3.5, 3 sets of 20 leg raises for Abs.
My back is pretty torn up today... I think those chin-ups did it to me.
Beginning early July, I will train 3xs a week at a hardcore gym with John. The other 3xs will be back at my regular spot. Cardio/Abs will be a big part of my workouts from this point moving forward.
