Pump was incredible tonight in chest, shoulders, and triceps. Haven't felt this much pump in a while. Triceps felt really strong, as did chest out of the gate. The endurance just isn't there with my chest though - notice on flat bench, I did 8 reps at 175 and only 4 at 185? That's only 10 more pounds, but half the reps. Something isn't right. Could be form?
Sides: Headache again today. I hope this passes, as it is getting pretty annoying.
