Today is Sunday, June 10th and 10th day of the stack.. Started it on June 1st.

Goal: To see what this stuff can do for me... would like to cut bf% a bit and gain lbm.

Weight on wake-up: 149.6lbs
BF: 11.1% by bf caliper to the same suprailliac spot I always use (marked by freckle).

Diet: about 1500-2000 cals daily... high protein, med carbs, low fats, low sugars. Alcohol: 3 beers this week.

Dosage: 2 daily of EST Propadrol.

Sides experienced this week: See post on 6-8-07. acne has cleared up a bit, ache still in testes, libido is low, ejaculation amount has lowered to about 1/3 of normal, DOMS from my Thursday WO.

Workout days this week: Sun (Legs), Tues (Arms/Stomach), Weds(Ran 2 miles), Thurs(Dropsets on legs/back), Sat (Ran 3miles)

Changes for next week: Dropsets for WO.

Notes: Truthfully, I'm not really liking the slowdown/shutdown of my nutz. I understand the whole process of why, but i'm just not use to it and seems to throw me off a bit. I have 20 days left on this cycle and continuing on. This week, I will use mostly compounds w/ dropsets during my workout to try and shock the muscles into building more. Rotating legs/lower back/stomach one workout and chest/shoulders/arms/upper back the next. Also make sure I am eating correctly thoughout the day, as in time span, to keep my metabolism up.
