Bench: 215 x 5
Squat: 285 x 1
Deadlift: 385 x 1
Goal:
185lbs @ 12-14% ( maybe a little far fetch but lets see what happens)
Bench: 225+ for reps
Squat: 315+
Deadlift: 405+
