guys can i get in on this as well it fits perfectly, have just started training again after a few years out and am heading to Ibiza for a week of clubbing on the 2nd september.
I dont care about being on teams or anything, it is just better motivation when other people are in the same boat.
I have been running and off the weights for 3 years so the befores will give you a larf, I just hope muscle memory kicks in
