Joemomma's Havoc log
Alright, this is my first attempt at a log. Hopefully I will be diligent in keeping it up. Plan is Havoc at 10/20/20/30/x. Not sure about the fourth week yet, as having a few pills left over won't do any good for me. For PCT, I've got Nolva and Rebound XT scheduled, about 4 weeks for PCT is the plan.
I've already screwed up, I forgot to weight this morning before breakfast. I'll check it in a bit here at work.

Havoc
AI cycle support (this stuff tastes terrible BTW ruined my normally tasty Chocolate Mint protein shake)
Fish oil
Daily multi
ON Gold Standard
I start the day with a shake at 6 or 6:30, have breakfast at work around 7:30 or 8, a snack at 10, lunch at 11 or 11:30, then afternoon snack at 2. Workout around 4:30 or 5, PWO shake, then dinner. Sometimes a shake before bed.
Goals: I'd like to drop a little BF, but mainly add some good mass. I don't think 5-10 solid pounds is out of the question, provided I can keep my diet/appetite up.
Had the first dose this morning, nothing out of the ordinary so far, with the exception of the horrible taste of the AI CS. Next time will be pill form.
