Bodybuilding related:
EST Propadrol 2 daily at 7am and 2pm or 30mins before WO.
Dymatize Vanilla w/ Skim milk protein shakes. On workout days, 1 shake 7am, 1 1.5hrs before WO and 1 double dose w/ 5mg GNC creatine monohydrate added within 1 hr after WO. On off days, 1 shake at 7am, 1 shake at 9pm.

Other (dosage times: 7 am & 9pm):
AST Multi-32 (Multi-vitamin) 2 daily.
NOW Omega 3 1000mg daily (500mg x2).
NOW Red Yeast Rice 1000mg daily (500mg x2).
GNC No-flush Niacin 500mg daily (500mg at night).
GNC St. Johns Wort 1000mg daily (500mg x2)
Nature Made MSM/Glucosamine 1000mg daily (500mg x2)

Notes: Purpose of the Omega 3, RYR and the Niacin is for Cholesterol control. I am trying to get my current levels down drastically so I can then find a good maintenance dosage. I had a check in May and will do it again in August to compare results and take action from there. St. Johns Wort is a personal experiment with boosting mood. There have been numerous studies that have shown that St. Johns Wort boosts the mood of people towards the positive. MSM/Glucosamine to lubricate the joints a bit… especially with the jarring of running on hills and the strain on my joints from lifting heavy.
