Today is Sunday, June 3rd and 3rd day of the stack.. Started it on June 1st.
Goal: To see what this stuff can do for me... would like to cut bf% a bit and gain lbm.
Weight on wake-up: 150.0lbs
BF: 10.9% by bf caliper to the same suprailliac spot I always use (marked by freckle).
Diet: about 1500-2000 cals daily... med protein, med carbs, low fats, low sugars. Alcohol: 2 beers since last friday.
Dosage: 2 daily of EST Propadrol.

Sides experienced this week: new acne spots on back & forehead which is more than usual, libido has increased, testes seem larger. Increased head pressure on Fri & Sat.
Workout days this week: Fri(ran 3.4 miles on hills)
Changes for next week: Get back on usual lifting and cardio routine. Get back on protein shakes.
Notes: Only did some cardio this friday after returning from my trip. Today I will be going to the gym to lift in the late afternoon and will be getting back on schedule from there... Yes, Yes.. I know... this stuff isn't magic and I need to get back on routine to see some results... don't worry...plenty of time left...
