Alright... I'm back from the mainland vacation, all bb supplement detoxed and ready to start up this log...
Friday, June 1st will be my first day of the cycle.
Dosage: looks like 7am (with the other usual morning supplements) and 3pm (workout at 4:30pm) or at 9pm (bedtime with the other usual night supplements), if a non-workout day.
Thinking also of adding 5g of creatine to my post workout protein shakes also.
