I am still getting used to RGBP, but it is quickly becoming one of my favorite tri exercises, all I really do now for tris is cgbp on friday and rgbp on monday and ive been having great results (Skulls tweak my elbows in bad ways so i dont do them)
Other than that it just feels good to have finals done
