chest.....
felt quite energised today.....
3 sets on incline
3 flat
2 decline
3 sets on db bench press
3 sets of flys
and i added 2 sets of cross overs at the end!
triceps...
closegrip bench press 4 sets went heavy for low reps...
i think it was 90 for 6 reps a time!
feeling good today. the vains in my bicep a definatley begining to show more!
i got this with my lasy sdrol cycle!
weight...201lbs still hoping for some gains t0 kick in in the next 7-8days.
