had an ok workout.
i dont try an hit my personal best every time i go to train. i prefer to work the muscles properly in the correct motion rather than twist myself up pushing as much as i can. just thought id say that incase any of you spotted my lifts wernt as good as i said at the top of the thread ...

gonna get a good nights sleep tonight. at least 9hrs.
