General question
Hi folks.
I have been away from weight lifting for a bunch of years and got my lazy butt back in the gym about 6 months ago. I have been doing pretty good, nothing spectacular, but I'm making decent gains. During my reading to catch up with training therories, I have noticed that drop sets have pretty much fallen off the map. Ten years ago, everyone was talking about them for faster gains and so on. Has this been proven not to be the case? Just wondering.
