Today is Sunday May 6th and 17th day of the stack.. Started it on April 20th, 6am HST.
Goal: cut bf% while maintaining or gaining LBM.
Workout days: Sun (upper body/stomach), Tues (legs/back/cardio), Thurs (upper body/stomach), Sat (cardio)
Weight on wake-up: 150.0lbs
BF: 16.9% by bf scale
Diet: about 2000 cals... high protein, med carbs, low fats, low sugars. Alcohol: had 2 beers Sat night.
Dosage: 4 daily of the Hyperdrol x2 & Mass FX pills. Approx 6am, 11am, 4pm, 9pm.
Other Supplements: 1 AST Multi32 & 500mg Vit C @ 6am & 9pm, nitrean protein shakes (2-3 daily) and maybe 1
Ergopharm Amp for a pre-workout energy booster.
Stack sides this week: great sleep, slight joint pain, slight acne on forehead, good pumps while working out heavy.
Changes for next week: get some cardio in like this week, Drink more water.
Notes: Seems alcohol does have effect on my gaining strength. When I haven't drank for a few days, even 1, my strength gain seems to go up better than if I did.
Stack opinion: So far, so good.
