Lat shots are da' bomb...no pain or soreness whatsoever the day after...in contrast my ass hurts so bad I thought about calling in...
Never shoot both glutes in row...did I mention that??
OK..I am skipping gym today and will go tomorrow instead...have to work on my final project which is due in 2 weeks...in 3 weeks I will have my BS...WOOT...18 months went by FAST...
So the weekend will be Sat: legs Sun: chest then Tues will be back.
Nothing else to report as far as the cycle goes...feel the same although a little more tired it seems...
