That question was far from silly. I'm sure you can find a silly post on here. Sometimes heavy weights just don't cut it, you have to cut down on rest time, the speed at which you lift the weight or maybe even switch up the exercises for a week or so!

The problem is I switch too often I think. I really need to get to know my body 100%.
I really dont like supersets. I'll try to stick it out a bit longer..i dunno..
Don't you know I'm always complaining. I dont know any woman thats happy! Anyone?
