I pretty much follow the "Body-for-life" diet, eat 6 healthy small meals a day but not always....I guess my inconsistency got the better of me.
wish there was a magic pill you can take to slim down....oh well, we can only dream for now, maybe in the future!!!
I am going to up my cardio I think that;s my problem - I am going to get a mini trampoline and start bouncing...i heard that is good cardio....i'll let you know how it goes.
