I ran at 6.0 for 30 min after my light push workout on wednesday. On Monday, after squats, I ran 5.7 for 20 minutes. I vary it depending on the day and how I feel. I could definatly run faster for longer but I don't. I take 23 grams BCAAs before my cardio.
