I do not smoke, I don;t drink pop, I eat mainly grilled meats, nothing but chicken (personal choice) but I don't work out as much as I should and I think that's what it is.

One thing you didn't mention that you don't eat is SUGAR. You said you don't drink pop, but what about sugar in other things? For me, "Sugar is the devil". Sugar and I don't get along. I noticed back after my second baby that once I cut out sugar, that's when my real weight loss started. When I get food with a nutrition panel on it, the first thing I look at is not the FAT, it's the sugar. There are SO many things in this world with hidden sugars. And a lot of times things that were designed as "low fat" have TONS of sugar in them. Look on a can of slim fast (not that I would recommend Slimfast, just pointing out it's marketed as a weight loss supplement) --- Creamy Milk Chocolate - 3 grams of fat. Not bad, huh? Guess what though? 34 grams of SUGAR! ON TOP OF 40 CARBS! Look at a low fat salad dressing - Newman's Own Low Fat Sesame Ginger - 3 grams of fat 16 grams of sugar -- in 2 tablespoons. And also, what are your carb sources? Do you get "good carbs" or bad carbs that may be low fat?
There's a LOT that can be interpreted about a diet. Can you post yours for us??
