I started my cycle at
Everything is Rest-Paused set as I never Max
Flat BP
Beginning 225 x 14
After 6-7 week - 275 x 8
Incline DB Press
Start : 80 x 11
Now : 115 x 15 (Never done that much, 110 was my all time best for 6 Rep on Max-OT)
Deadlift
Start : 315 x 10
Now : 460 x 6
Start weight : 185
Now : 215
It makes for a little update at the same time
