I think that the amount of weight you'll lose in that time depends on the person.
For example, I doubt I'd lose much weight if I upped my cardio and exercised more (but I don't have extra weight to lose).

I think if you're overweight, and just starting out on your exercise/workout plan, you can lose excess weight faster.
Once you reach a certain point, your progress will slow down, but I think that even the smallest changes on someone just starting out will make a big difference.

I didn't get into the diet part of it because you already say that it's pretty good. But I'm sure that there are adjustments you can make with that as well...small things like timing your carb intake properly is just one example.
