I drinks lots of water, I am careful with what I eat and I feel like I can't get rid of this weight. I am bad at times, once or twice a week I will have a muffin but I am good most of the time.
I do not smoke, I don;t drink pop, I eat mainly grilled meats, nothing but chicken (personal choice) but I don't work out as much as I should and I think that's what it is.
