I'd agree with that..I mean you can lose up to 25 lbs if you really want to, but at what cost? Try that and you will lose all the muscle you have.
So if you want to look like a Nazi Camp survivor go for it.
If you want to maintain the muscle, take it off slower, 6-10 lbs in 6 weeks is pretty good from what I know
