You need to eat clean, low carbs, low fats, low sugars, lots of water.... no junk food, fast food, fried foods, sodas...lay off the crap... no eating right before bed...
and do lots of cardio to get your metabolism up and burn fat... Get some good rest at night…
As for supplements, you don't really need them.. If your 20s+, caffeine might help to keep your energy and metabolism up.. but don’t become dependent on it…
