Unfortunately I can't give you any of my tips.. Even though I am working out hard with the weights, I haven't done much cardio. I have just been very active running around daily and under alot of pressure at work that the pounds are shedding. I am excited about the size 6 jeans but not the rapid weight loss. I know it will catch up with me and I will crash. Hopefully I don't make it down to a size 4... too skinny for me!
