Oh, you're actually bowing at the knee? That's kind of nasty sounding.
One of the big signs of weak hips is when the leg has the tendency to turn in or flail out. First time I have a client squat (that is capable of it), they're doing light squats, deep squats, and 20 reps. lol I usually see the knee wobble inward at like 7 when they go that deep.
