Bones has a spectacular aura about
Default

I guess I'll start:

Background:

Age: 29 years old
Location: Mississauga, On, Canada (Live here all my life).
Nationality: French Candian (I don't speak french).
Marital Status: Married for 7 years
Job: Network Administrator
BB experience: 3 months

Here's my BB story:

I have been dieting since sept 6, 2003 and have lost over 60pds (more or less). It all started when my wife, who is over weight as well, went to the doctors and discovered she had high blood pressure. This discovery scared her enough to change her diet and lose some weight. She begged me to diet with her as well so... I gave in. We started on the "South Beach Diet" and I lost over 20 pds in 2 weeks! I lost so much weight so quickly that I couldn't help but get right into it. My diet before was terrible before... I would eat McDonalds pretty much everyday and take full advantage of there $1.69 value menu. My record is 4 Big Macs with Large Fries in one sitting.

I have since gone off the Southbeach diet and started diet that is a little more condusive to weightlifting, eating 6 small high protien meals a day. I feel fantastic... I have never had this much energy, I never take naps anymore. I used to get headaches every other day but I haven't had one since I lost the weight. The only regret I have is not doing this sooner.

My wife has lost 40pds and is still on the Southbeach Diet and is working out 3 days a week. We both owe each other for our successes because we definitely motivated each other and both shared in the cooking and preperation.

I started out at 285 pds and I am now 220 - 222 pds. I have been aggressively weightlifting 5 days a week since october of this year. I am now doing a clean bulk so I can add some muscle to my frame and then I'll start cutting at the beginning of march so I'll look half decent for the summer.
I currently workout in the mornings at 6:00am, it's a great way to start you day!

Anyways that's my story.

Thanks again for all the great posts.
