that i sprolly one of the best aquat vids i've seen posted on this site. That is some SERIOUS weight too! I do go a little deeper tho usually, but i just cn use as much weight, but i feel the deep the more hips and helps keep them strong for the ones i do at about that guys depth. Is this poor training? i should go at his hieght all the time with more weight? just a thought.
