Just dropping in here after my first week to check in.
Things should start picking up now.
I am doing ED injects and have gotten use to them. Using L/R delt, L/R lat, L/R tricep and left glute only. The frist round of shots were bad but now this it's all eazy-breezy. barely any soreness at all.
I am still doing the 5x5 but was doing a deload last week, so actually a 3x3. This week I have a new 4 day split that I will be doing for the next 6 weeks then a 3x3 deload again. Once I get into PCT I plan to start the 5x5 over again since it is simple and works very effectively on me.
Anyway, I will pop in with an update every few days or so.
