BB shrugs: 135 x 13 225 x 10 275 x 10 295 x 8 315 x 8

Smith reverse shrugs(not counting bar): 180 x 10 230 x 10 230 x 10

calve work..

pretty ****ty workout, didn't feel like being there. Most of my lifts have seem to gone down
