I'm using DMSO in my trans and applying a quarter of my daily dose, waiting 15 minutes, and the applying another quarter in the same spot. I'm going to be doing that twice daily. Assuming an absorption rate of 35-40% I'll be getting 53-60 mg/day. That's the equivalent of about 600 mg EQ/week. The test is going to be equivalent to about 550-600 mg test e/week.
