Training to failure is not good. Like fortifiedIron said, it places a heavy stress on your CNS. Furthermore, IMO, all it does it teach your muscles to fail. Dont get me wrong. i'm not saying to never train to failure. It can be a tool to help spark growth, however it is a tool that when used too much will most definately put a stop and even regress your lifts.
