Well, my workouts are a little hectic since I started my MBA but I need to find a balance...weight is till at 253ish up or down a few lbs depending on the day. Lifts are pretty much stable with modest gains some days or sucking ass on some others when I've had little sleep or I'm tired.

My legs hurt, I guess I'm making up for not doing them for so long LOL
Funny story, at least I think is funny though.....Seen a bro who was about 240
6' few years ago from my gym. Now he looks as if somebody threw him in the washing machine and shrunk. He was prob about 190 soaked and wet. What a shame I guess he got off juice cold turkey.
