Do you think I should space out the time taken then? generally I take HH around 7 am and 4pm. I dont usually make it to the gym until around 5 or so, I go home and have a pre-workout protein shake and then head over 1/2 hr after that. If I made the HH around 3 pm would it lessen the chances of being jittery before the gym @ 5? Or is it more of a "once its in your system" sort-of-thing?
