my gf likes to cook and have dinner read or near ready for me when i get home from work. i do a good log of my intake as far as caleries, carbs, fat, protein, etc, but i don't know how to count her dinners.
i was thinking of adding all the nutrition from the packs she uses to make the chillie/soup/chicken whatever and then breaking it down into servings. this seems like the best way to me, but how do i break it down into whats in my bowl after having the total calulations? thats where i run into trouble
